At Le Tanneur, we strive for complete satisfaction with your fine leather goods. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account and select the 'My Orders' section to request a return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Place the item in its original protective dust bag and box, ensuring all tags are attached and the return form is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the quality of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
